V Spread Technique
- Acute otitis media and temporal bone dysfunction
- Two fingers are required to be on each side of the affected suture. The patient's head is turned next to shift weight onto the practitioner's fingers.
- Gentle pressure is then applied with the opposite hand onto the suture.
- Traction is then applied with the hand balancing the head until a release is felt.
Compression of the 4th ventricle
- Headache
- Sinus congestion
- Autonomic instability
- Exentuate extension
