Chlamydia and Gonorrhea

  • Sexually active women 24yr or younger
  • Women 25 years or older who are at increased risk for infection
    • Annual screening for Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae

Cervical Cancer

  • 70% squamous cell
  • 21 to 29 years
    • Every 3 years with cervical cytology alone.
  • 30 to 65 years
    • Every 3 years with cervical cytology alone
    • Every 5 years with high-risk human papillomavirus (hrHPV) testing alone
    • OR every 5 years with hrHPV testing in combination with cytology (cotesting).

Coronary vascular disease screening

  • Screening for hyperlipidemia
  • Men 35+ years who are at an increased risk for coronary vascular disease.
  • Women 45+ years who are at an increased risk for coronary vascular disease.

Breast Cancer

  • Women aged 40-74yr
    • Biennial screening mammography

Colorectal cancer

  • 45-75yr - screening colonoscopy every 10 years
  • OR if you have family history of colon cancer
    • 45yr OR 10 years earlier than the family member was dx whichever one comes first
    • Repeat every 5yr or 10 if first degree relative is >60 when dx
  • OR if you have UC screening 8-10 years after Dx and colonoscopy every 1-3 years.

Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA)

  • 65-75yr and have any history of tobacco use (smoking) - Abdominal US once

Lung Cancer

  • 50-80 with 20 pack-year history and has smoked within the last 15 years - Low dose CT annually
